Welsh Sport Stars 1970s Series Framed Canvases

Part of our Welsh Sport Stars Series in conjunction with Jon of Oddgods fame.

Perhaps the greatest no. 8 of his generation. A talisman and leader of a Golden Era for Welsh Rugby. A man born in Swansea but revered the World over. Retired from the game at the of 29 due to ill health. Had already achieved so much in the game but who knows what other accolades he could have achieved on a rugby field.

Our framed canvas is a 38mm stretched canvas within a traditional picture frame. The simple addition of a wooden picture frame creates a completely new form of wall art, quite distinct to a standard canvas. The thin frame sits approximately 5mm from the edge of the canvas helping create a floating border.
